স্টাফ রিপোর্টার ঃ ময়মনসিংহের তারাকান্দায় এক অটোচালকের পা-ভেঙ্গে দিয়ে রাতে গোয়াল ঘরে আগুন দেওয়ার ঘটনায় একটি গাভী ও বাছুরের বেশির ভাগ অংশ পুডে গেছে। এতে গ্রায় দেড় লক্ষাধিক টাকার ক্ষয়ক্ষতি হয়েছে বলে জানান ভুক্তভোগী পরিবারের লোকজন। রাত প্রায় ১ টার দিকে উপজেলার কামারিয়া ইউনিয়নে মোজাহারদী গ্রামে মোঃ আব্দুল করিমের বাড়িতে এই ঘটনা ঘটে।
ভুক্তভোগী আব্দুল করিম জানান, জমিসংক্রান্ত বিষয় নিয়ে প্রতিপক্ষ নাজিম উদ্দিন ও খোকন মিয়া গংদের সাথে দীর্ঘদিন যাবৎ বিরোধ চলে আসছিল। গত ২০ মে বিকেলে আব্দুল করিমের ভাই অটোচালক লিটন মিয়ার বাড়িতে প্রবেশ করে লোহার রড দিয়ে পিটিয়ে পা-ভেঙ্গে দেয় প্রতিপক্ষের লোকজন। এ নিয়ে আব্দুল করিম বাদী হয়ে ২২ মে তারাকান্দা থানায় একটি মামলা করেন।
