ভালুকায় পানিতে ডুবে কিশোরীর মৃত্যু

ময়মনসিংহের ভালুকা উপজেলার মেদুয়ারী ইউনিয়নের বগাজান গ্রামে পুকুরের পানিতে ডুবে ফাইজা আক্তার (১৬) নামে এক মানসিক ভারসাম্যহীন কিশোরীর মৃত্যু হয়েছে।
মৃতের পরিবার সূত্রে জানা যায়, (১২ জুলাই) সোমবার সকালে ১০ টার দিকে উপজেলার মেদুয়ারী ইউনিয়নের বগাজান গ্রামের মোঃ আবুল বাশারের মেয়ে বাড়ীর পাশে পুকুরে গোসল করতে গিয়ে পুকুরে পানিতে ডুবে যায়। তাকে অনেক খোঁজাখোঁজি করে না পেয়ে স্থানীয় লোকদের সহায়তায় পুকুরে জাল দিয়ে শেষপর্যন্ত মরদেহটি উদ্ধার করে।
সূত্র আরো জানায় মৃতের বাবাও একজন মানসিক ভারসাম্যহীন। ইউনিয়ন পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান জেসমিন নাহার রানী ঘটনার সত্যতা নিশ্চিত করে জানান, মেয়েটি মানসিক ভারসাম্যহীন । সে পুকুরের পানিতে গোসল করতে গিয়ে নিখোঁজ হন। পরে পুকুরে জাল নামিয়ে অনেক খুঁজে তার মরদেহ টি উদ্ধার করা হয়।
